More admissions alone are not enough
Your level depends on all important performance areas. Genuine student profiles, good conversion, student rating, low cancellations, regular activity, and proper conduct also matter. The exact level requirements will be shown inside the Pravesh Partners app.
Your current-season performance decides your final level and reward.

7 simple areas
More admissions alone are not enough — all seven areas matter.
Every season is a fresh start
Your level is based on the current season. Every new season, everyone gets a fresh chance to reach Professional and Trusted.
Start at Active. Aim for Trusted.
Your performance
Seven areas decide your Partner level.
Your level is based on your complete performance during the current admission season. You must meet the required standard in all seven areas to become a Professional or Trusted Partner.
Completing more admissions alone is not enough.
Verified Admissions
How many students complete admission. Only eligible admissions confirmed through Pravesh+ are counted.
Genuine Student Profiles
How many students you introduce are genuine — contactable, interested, and registered with consent.
Admission Conversion
How many genuine students complete admission. Students with real admission interest improve conversion.
Student Rating
What students say about your support — clear information, respect, help when needed, no false promises.
Low Cancellations
How many confirmed admissions continue successfully. Cancellations outside your control are not counted against you.
Regular Activity
How actively you support your students. Respond to updates and help complete pending steps through the season.
Proper Conduct
How well you follow Partner rules — consent, correct information, respect the student's choice, protect their data.
All seven areas matter
You must meet the required standard in every area to qualify for a higher level. A Partner may complete many admissions but still not become Trusted with too many weak profiles, poor conversion, low ratings, high cancellations, long inactivity, or serious rule violations. Previous-season admissions do not automatically increase your current level.
See your live performance and progress toward the next level inside the app.
Better student quality, better support, and better results can help you reach a higher Partner level.

Partner rules
Simple rules that protect every student and Partner.
Pravesh Partners gives students and parents a safe and honest admission experience. Following these rules protects the student, your commission, and your Partner account.
What every Partner should do
Build trust with students and parents
Introduce genuine students
Connect only students who are interested and know you are introducing them to Pravesh+.
Explain Pravesh+ clearly
Tell students that Pravesh+ will support their admission journey.
Share correct information
Use only the college, course, fee, and admission information provided through Pravesh+.
Respect the student's choice
Students and parents must be free to explore colleges and make their own decisions.
Support important follow-ups
Help students complete profiles, upload documents, and finish pending steps when needed.
Protect student information
Use student details only for the Pravesh+ admission process — never share them elsewhere.
What Partners must not do
Actions that can affect your account
Do not promise a guaranteed seat
Admission depends on eligibility, college approval, seat availability, payment, and the admission process.
Do not collect unofficial payments
No admission fees, seat-booking money, donations, or cash. All approved payments follow the official process.
Do not use student OTPs or passwords
Students must keep control of their mobile verification, passwords, logins, and personal accounts.
Do not push students for higher commission
Never pressure a student toward a college or course only because it offers a better commission.
Do not move connected students outside Pravesh+
Linked students must continue through the approved process for your commission to remain eligible.
Do not submit fake or duplicate students
Random numbers, copied lists, dummy profiles, and repeated claims can lead to account action.
Students choose. Pravesh+ guides. Partners support.
Partners introduce and support students, but the final college and course decision belongs to the student and parent. Pravesh+ helps them understand their options and complete the admission process.
How Pravesh+ protects Partners
The rules work both ways — your connection and commission are protected too.
Your connection is recorded — once the student confirms your name, it shows in your app.
Commission status is visible — see whether an admission is eligible, under review, approved, or paid.
More than one claim is reviewed — Pravesh+ checks registration records, links, and student confirmation.
You can raise a concern — report an incorrect connection, payment, or admission-status issue.
When rules are broken
Rule violations are reviewed carefully. Depending on the issue, Pravesh+ may:
- Ask the Partner for an explanation
- Pause the affected student case
- Block the related commission
- Reduce the Partner level or suspend the account
- Close the account for serious or repeated violations
Follow the Partner rules to protect students, keep your account safe, and remain eligible for commission and performance rewards.
